Chia Latte substitute Ideas

One of my faviorites from Starbucks is the Chai Latte, non-fat, with S/F vanilla syrup. Any BFC sub suggestions?

Can I exercise; Jorge says it could be "counterproductive"!

Hello, Just wondering if BFC'ers did the 20 minute walk, weights, or the toning exercises in the beginning? I just don't want to feel bulky. :)
